Shipping estimates are guidelines rather than guarantees. Delivery times can vary with carrier schedules, weather, and holiday volume. If your order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos, and we will work with the carrier and make it right. Rates, services, and availability may change without notice. By placing an order, you acknowledge these terms.

Shipping Method All orders ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. We select the most cost-effective reliable service available.
Time Frame Orders are packed and shipped within two business days. Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days. Transit time after shipment is determined by USPS or UPS.
Delivery Window Domestic delivery is typically three to five business days after the order ships. Transit times are set by the carrier and are estimates rather than guarantees.
Shipping Rates $6.95 flat rate on orders under $30. Free on orders of $30 or more.
International Not available. We currently ship within the United States only.
Tracking A tracking number is emailed to you when the order ships. If there is a problem with your shipment, please contact us rather than the carrier.
