The Bar Soap Company makes no warranties, express or implied, as to effectiveness, safety, or fitness for a particular purpose. Descriptions and prices are accurate at the time of publication and may change without notice. If you are under eighteen, pregnant, or have a skin condition, please consult a doctor before use. If a pricing or availability error occurs, we will correct it and contact you before charging or shipping your order.

Acceptance. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We may update them at any time, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Products and descriptions. We list each product’s size or net weight, scent, price, and available product information. Ingredients shown on product pages identify the shared goat’s milk soap base; fragrance, colorants, and special additions may vary by scent. Because our products are handmade in small batches, minor variations in color, shape, and surface finish are normal and are not defects.
Pricing and payment. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and do not include sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Shipping is $6.95 on orders under $30 and free on orders of $30 or more. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to cancel or refund an affected order.
Shipping and delivery. Orders normally ship within two business days. Transit times depend on the carrier and are estimates. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Returns and refunds. Returns are handled under our Refund Policy. Items must be unused and unopened and returned within thirty days of delivery. Because these are personal-care products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.
Privacy. Information you provide is collected and used as described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property. Our brand name, logo, product names, photography, and packaging designs belong to The Bar Soap Company. You may share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes with credit. Commercial use, resale, or reproduction requires our written permission.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, and any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Louisiana.
